We are once again shipping Nitrocellulose paints & stains, finishing oils and thinners to countries within Europe. When shopping from outside the UK, the prices displayed do include UK VAT, but this will be removed at checkout. It is advised that you research your local delivery services (we use Fedex for all expedited carriage, and Royal mail for the standard service) to ensure that there are no unforeseen additional costs upon delivery. Failure to do so will result in the shipment not being delivered.Īny orders undelivered because of unpaid fees and/or tax, will incur a return fee of £45. Please note – Northwest Guitars is not responsible for paying these taxes or fees, and it is solely the customer’s responsibility to be aware of these extra costs, and paying them. They will also, most likely, add an additional handling fee. VAT will however still be paid once the goods arrive into the country of receipt – this will be raised and invoiced between the courier and the customs office in your country.
